6 Tips to Conquer Aries Season
1) Spend some time with yourself
Aries is the sign of Self-Love so take this opportunity to reconnect with yourself. Tend to your own needs for a while to decide what you really want in your life. This is a great time to do a brain dump or some automatic writing about where you want your life to go, what you want for yourself and what may be holding you back.
2) Let go of the Past
Speaking of holding you back…Aries is forward-looking and forward-moving. It has no time for holding grudges or letting anything hold it back. Use this season’s energy to put the past away. Harness the confidence of the God of War to conquer your own future.
3) Face conflicts head on
Be Brave. Be Assertive. Confront your challenges head on especially if that challenge is internal. You are the only thing standing in your way. Sometimes the scariest person to confront is yourself. Its easy to blame others but there is always something you can do to improve your own situation.
4) Get physical
All the energy of the season has to go somewhere. We think we want to use it constructively; to make the most out of it to better our lives but sometimes and for some people *me…I’m some people* Aries energy can be overwhelming. It can make you anxious or short tempered, so get rid of the excess through physical action. Use it to up your regular workout or start an new activity. Is kickboxing still a thing?
5) Manage your anger
Aries energy can sometimes combust spontaneously. Manage the energy with stress reducing techniques like regular exercise, breathing exercises and laughter. Stay aware of those slight shifts when assertive can become aggressive and bold can become rash. Now is not the time to skip your self care routines.
6) Get Social
Aries is incredibly social. Like ridiculously social. This may be difficult in 2020 as most of the world is abiding by #stayhome orders and #social distancing. Get creative in you socializing. Play video games with friends online, have video chat or watch parties. Join Social Groups and Causes that are important to you. Connect, have fun, find the party. Enjoy life.
